Inventory Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Inventory Analyst is responsible for all inventory, materials and logistics management. The Inventory Analyst will work with suppliers, department managers and manufacturing personnel to coordinate and facilitate a continuous and seamless production supply flow by managing the material demand. A high level of organizational and communication skills is critical to the position.
Essential Functions:
Manage the Material spreadsheet in Excel for accuracy and butturing proper material count
Review and procure materials per manufacturing schedule
Monitor daily/weekly work order release to manufacturing, plan materials accordingly
Responsible for accuracy and valuation of quarterly tagged inventory and perpetual cycle counting
Responsible for the integrity of scheduling and metrics reporting for materials to include quality and vendor scoring
Responsible for all vendor management and relations including materials vendors and cost control, quality control, and budgeting
buttists in research and sourcing vendors and materials for new products in conjunction with R&D
Coordinates with the Director of Operations to implement lean methodologies within production to material supply
Manage the performance of material team members
Maintain and create SOP's for materials management
Work with engineering on new product implementation, ECNs and quality issues related to specifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
3 years related experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment, planning/purchasing role
Raw material planning and organizing experience
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Strong computer, analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
Previous ERP experience a plus
Previous supervisory experience
Ability to function in a high stress/fast paced environment.
Must be flexible with work schedule and available for extended hours to support manufacturing as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
