Associate Manufacturing Technical Specialist
We currently have a need in Oceanside,CA for a Associate Manufacturing Technical Specialist. This assignment is slated to last 12 months. Please email me if you're interested. I have included the job description below.
Duties
Lab scale and pilot scale chromatography purification Lab scale and pilot scale UF/DF Analytical HPLC assays (Titer, SEC, IEC)
Aliquot, maintain and ship samples to laboratories within the Roche network
Buffer preparation
Chromatography column packing
Data analysis and report preparation
Organize sample requests for manufacturing process validation
Skills
Applicants should possess good problem solving and documentation skills with a strong focus on quality, details and results.
Good interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills are required.
Candidate must be highly motivated, be able to work independently, as well as in a team, and have good organizational skills.
Basic understanding chromatography and general laboratory skills is a plus (Previous work experience in chromatography, column packing and buffer preparation is preferred).
Education
B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following areas:
Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biological Systems, Biochemical/Chemical Engineering, or Molecular Biology.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
