Construction Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Construction to include the ability to read plans, process RFI's and change orders, assist with subcontractor's submittals, bid invitations, qualifying subcontractor proposals and ability to make a construction schedule in Microsoft Project.
Candidate must have excellent computer and software skills, ability to multitask and work in a very high paced environment.
Need to be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good communication skills to deal with owners, architects, designers and subcontractors.
Project Coordinator will be assisting the Project Manager who is in charge of the operations of several construction jobs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
